Why Work with HCS?

We’re serious about what we do and what we do is serious for our patients. Yes, it’s a way to make a living, but it’s more than that.

What a privilege we have to serve a community that is in need. History is full of noble characters that were defined by acts of compassion towards their fellow man. Yes, this sounds a little Pollyannaish, but it is really at the core of who we are at HCS, and we get to do it while making a serious living.

We want everyone here, whether an employee or a contractor to be glad and proud to call HCS their vocational home, from the physical therapist to the home services aide. We strive to reach that and believe it is central to our success.

Training:

The staff members of HCS are the most important and valuable resource we have. Making sure they have access to the latest care strategies and the support they need to best serve our patients is our top priority. The time we invest in our staff is critical to our achievement as a company.

To assist in this training process we have developed a tiered training process for our staff:

  1. Mentoring – For our newly graduated staff, you will be teamed up with a seasoned professional who will help integrate you into HCS. When you and your mentor have agreed that you’re ready, you’ll be on your own, but never more than a call away as you get acclimated to your patients.
  2. In-Services – In cooperation with Seneca Physical Therapy, Inc, we will provide frequent training in a clinical setting. These meetings are clinical in nature and give you great opportunity to learn and to teach what you’re learning.

Community Involvement:

Home Care Solutions, LLC is a firm believer in giving back to our communities and will seek opportunities to contribute both financially and by rolling up our sleeves and getting dirty. As these opportunities come up, we let everyone know how they can be involved if they’d like.

Advancing the Professions (ATP)

Exposing young people to the profession requires a significant commitment. We make internships available for outstanding local high school students interested in physical therapy. We also partner with a number of universities by taking physical therapy students who are in their clinicals or fieldwork experiences and offering them real hands-on experience with us in the field or in the clinic. Many of these professionals, upon graduating become a part of our licensed therapy staff.
