About Home Care Solutions, LLC
Home Care Solutions, LLC was launched in 2007 supported by
Seneca Physical Therapy, Inc., a therapist owned outpatient therapy clinic located in Rockville, Maryland. Leveraging 17 years of superior service in physical therapy, Home Care Solutions, LLC
brings the same level of superior care into the home. Led by a team of three experienced individuals, Home Care Solutions, LLC seeks to serve patients that are post-surgical or injured in the greater Washington DC area.
Mark Kreslins is the President of Home Care Solutions, LLC utilizing his almost two decade long business experience to lead the company. While not a physical therapist himself, having a orthopedically disabled son has made him a HUGE advocate of physical therapy and understands very well the needs of the patient and the value of the therapist.
Most recently, Mark served as Vice-President and Business Manager for Seneca Physical Therapy, Inc. In this capacity, Mark assisted in business development, day-to-day operation, patient care coordination and strategic planning. This helped to propel the company to new levels of efficiency, streamlined patient processes,
with greater emphasis of data collection with the goal of improved patient care.
Mark calls home Monrovia, Maryland where he lives with his wife Patti and his four children, Jennifer, Kaitlin, Trent and Natalie. An avid golfer, Mark also volunteers as a leader in his local church and other civic organizations.
